New 2021/2022 CPD Curriculum by 23 March

In reference to the New Real Estate Reform Transitional Arrangements, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) starts anew on 23 March 2021. If you are a real estate professional who seeks to improve your qualifications and skills, this is the time. 

Records of completed compulsory and elective skills topics are evidence that you must present to the NSW Fair Trading for evaluation. Holding a license or certificate suggests that you have completed the necessary compulsory and elective CPD by 22 March 2021 unless you have an exception. 

For a Certificate of Registration, the agent should also keep the accompanying statement of attainment issued by the registered training organisation for each Certificate IV unit completed in the area of practice.
