For strata managers, planning ahead is all it takes to make sure that all ends when changes to by-laws are applied. Reforms are to be registered within six (6) months of the resolution being passed and doing so would avoid further complications, requisitions and unnecessary delays that can be charged by the NSW Land Registry Services.
