The Property Industry Reforms saw major changes to the Property Licensing qualifications, pathways and Continuing Professional Education requirements. Only providers Approved by the Commissioner of Fair Trading will be authorised to issue CPD hours for Compulsory CPD Topics determined by Fair Trading.

What CPD topics do I need to complete? 

• Course units for assistant agents
  Assistant Agents can complete any of the units from their related Certificate IV qualification (minimum of 3 units per year).

• Categories of CPD for class 2 licence holders
  There are two categories of CPD topics
  1. Compulsory (3 Hours)
  2. Elective (3 Hours)

• Categories of CPD for class 1 licence holders
  There are two categories of CPD topics
  1. Compulsory (3 Hours)
  2. Elective (3 Hours)
  3. Business Skills (3 Hours)
