Your CPD Hours Included
Whether you are a class 2 license requiring 6 CPD hours or a class 1 license requiring 9 CPD hours, our membership programs includes your training for the same fee. NO upgrades, no top ups needed.
The membership year in inline with NSW Fair Trading CPD Year 23 March to 22 March the following year. As it includes your CPD Training, the membership fee is fixed for the CPD year regardless of which month you join.
You will receive the CPD for your nominated year, and your membership benefits will continue for 1 Year from when you join.
Training Records Kept
We will also keep your training records for the life of your membership, which means at any time, you will be able to log in and download your CPD progression in one handy location.
This is a lifesaver if you or your agency or license is being Audited or if you just want to keep a central record for all your agents (If they are also members).
Members Support
Supporting one another in the industry is important. Whether you are a licensee not employing others or a new to industry agent. It is important to know you have a group to turn to, a group to network with, and a group to support you.
We have a Members Exclusive Whatsapp and Facebook Group were we can share and build upon experiences.
Live CPD Event
We host a Live CPD Event each Month at Rose Hill. Members will gain CPD hours for Compulsory and/or Elective Topics. Membership includes attendance to one live CPD event.
Compulsory Topics are determined by Fair Trading and repeated monthly, Elective Topics may vary each month based on the Event agenda and industry changes. Members can register to attend any one of the 3 hours Compulsory CPD and 3 Hours Elective CPD event through registration. If you miss your registered event, the event will be available for you online.
We also host an annual Live CPD Roadshow for License Class 1 Members to attain their Business Skills CPD Hours. If you miss the live Roadshow, the event and distributed materials will be available for you online.
If you can not attend any of our Monthly CPD Events, you can also choose to complete your CPD online. The ZOOM classes are held Monthly Live, and if you prefer to study at your own pace, you can access the course material online to complete your CPD at your leisure.

Discounted Skills Courses
Members enjoy a savings of 5% off all your skills courses. And earn up to 10%-20% for referrals to any of our CPD, Skills and Masterclass Courses. (*Excludes the already discounted Membership Program)
Members Affiliation Program
Exclusive Members only referral Program where you can offer or to members co-listings or referral arrangements with commission on Property Management, Sales Listings, Strata Management.
Furthermore we have set up commission arrangements for referrals on General Insurance, Business Insurance, Life Insurance and Personal, Home and Business Finance.
